To ensure the best experience for all guests and our local hosts, any reservation may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled experience with a full refund. Cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance are non‑refundable. In the event of exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly — while refunds cannot be guaranteed, we will always do our best to find a suitable solution. In case of adverse weather or other external circumstances, the Partner reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the experience if its execution becomes unsafe, impractical, not feasible, or otherwise inappropriate. These measures are taken to ensure the safety and overall quality of the experience.
