Once a booking request has been received, our team will carefully review availability and send a confirmation via email or through the contact channel provided by the Customer. Should the requested date or time not be available, we will do our best to offer an alternative arrangement or experience. If no suitable alternative can be agreed upon, a full refund will be provided where applicable. In case of adverse weather or other external circumstances, the Partner reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the experience if its execution becomes unsafe, impractical, not feasible, or otherwise inappropriate.
